These terms apply to all readings, sessions, and digital offerings.

By submitting a form and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Astrology is a tool for insight, reflection, and personal understanding.

All readings are interpretive and based on symbolic and psychological frameworks.
They are not predictive guarantees and should not be relied upon as factual certainty.

2. Personal Responsibility

All services are provided for guidance only.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations following a reading.

3. Not Professional Advice

Services are not a substitute for:

• medical advice
• psychological or therapeutic support
• legal or financial guidance

If you require support in these areas, you should consult a qualified professional.

4. Payment

All services require:

• completion of the relevant application form
• full payment in advance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create a contract for services.

I reserve the right to decline an application if I

believe the service is not the right fit.

If your application is accepted, you will receive confirmation by email together with a secure payment link.

A contract for services is formed only once I have confirmed your application and payment has been received in full.

Preparation of your reading will begin only after payment has been received.

5. Delivery

All readings are prepared individually and require dedicated time and analysis.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after your application has been reviewed.

Timelines may vary depending on the depth of the work and current demand.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery is not immediate and agree to a reasonable preparation period.

For live sessions, you will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time once preparation is complete.

6. Refunds

Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this work:

• Refunds may only be requested prior to work commencing
• Once analysis, chart preparation, or recording has begun, no refunds will be issued
• All completed readings and digital products (including voice notes, written reports, and recordings)
are non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

This policy reflects the bespoke nature of the services provided and aligns with UK consumer
regulations regarding personalised digital content.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For live sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled.

Rescheduling is offered at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

8. Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute
without first contacting me to resolve the matter.

Dissatisfaction with interpretation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with these terms.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information, birth data, and session content are kept strictly confidential
unless explicit consent is given otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By using these services, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Age Requirement

These services are intended for adults aged 18 years or over.

By submitting an application or purchasing a service, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

12. Intellectual Property

All readings, written content, and materials are the intellectual property of the practitioner and
may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.

13. Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond my reasonable control prevent or delay the delivery of your services, including but not limited to illness, technical failure, internet outages, natural disasters, travel disruption or other unforeseen events, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery date. I will not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and me in relation to the services provided and supersede any prior discussions or correspondence relating to those services.
